Do your prices include shipping?
Shipping & handling charges are extra.
What if I receive a defective product?
Your satisfaction is important to us at Promo Promo. Any defective products will be exchanged or credited. In such circumstances, you should promptly contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at 1 (844) 9-PROMO2 (977-6662) or via email at info@promopromo.ca with the details to receive your replacement product or credit.
Can I return a blank/unimprinted item I purchased & received?
No. Only if the products are defective or damaged can a credit or exchange be processed.
What file formats should my artwork be in?
JPEG, AI, or PDF file formats are acceptable. Text needs to be outlined, and any photos should be no less than 300 dpi. All artwork should be vectored for maximum results.
Will my imprint look exactly like the proof preview?
Virtual proofs are close approximations of the final order, after production. Actual imprint and colours may vary on the final product.
